Orange is the New Black with this win comes to a total of 6 wins including wins for actors Uzo Aduba and Pablo Schreiber, Comedy Ensemble, Casting and Regina Spektor’s main titles theme music. This is also the first series win and nomination for the show.

It really is no surprise once again that the best comedy of the 2013-2014 tv season is Orange is the New Black. Many who have seen the show me inclunded find the drama very compelling and underapperciate the comedy of the show but the show really had some brillant comedic beats throughout this first season. The most comedic moments came from character interactions such as Nikki with Morello and Piper with Suzanne. The show is such a special achievement by Jenji Kohan and her team of writers that by the end of this season at least every character had their moments to shine and ultimately this show was one of the greatest tv events of the season both comedy and drama.
