This is the first win for Michele Clapton on her second nomination for her work on Game of Thrones.

Game of Thrones for being a period/fantasy show usually has some great costume design but this season I felt Michele Clapton the costume designer since season one has outdone hersef in her work. Particularly in the episode “The Lion and the Rose” the work by her was clearly present in the wedding scenes where the many designs of the people of King’s landing are spectacular in showing which character comes from where and they rest in the politically structure. All the costuming is so grand and great that finally I had to reward for Michele Clapton for her great costuming of this series.
