This is the first win and nomination for Sydney Cole Alexander. She wins for her performance as Natalie Kalen on Severance

In a year of fun guest actresses appearing in great dramas no performance has stayed with me for it's silence and impact as Sydney Cole Alexander's work as Natalie on the second season of Severance. Having appeared a couple of times in the first season the mystery in regards to Natalie really adds to Sydney's performance and with each appearance I anticipate the show giving us more slight information about her role. Sydney's scenes opposite Tramell Tillman are especially magnificent as through slight alterations in her facial expressions she is captivating and riviting revealing some history of her part.

The second season contained many standout performances by it's healthy cast with Alexander's work being amongst the real best of the year.
