This win in comedy series brings the win total to 4 for New Girl on their first series win and nomination.
From the first episode to the season finale of the second season of New Girl the show continued to grow in quality as like most comedy shows finding it’s footing in it’s second season as the writing and ensemble kept getting better. The show is underrated in mu opnion for being low rated on tv but as fans of the show know it makes some of the same thropes done on comedy shows both interesting and different such as the relationships on the show which took the time to grow and get better and if the show continues to improve watch it be one of my all time favourites because if I was to compare the show to a show it could possibly be that would be Friends for being a great ensemble comedy that really knows how to build character.
