This is the fourth win and seventeenth nomination for Vince Gilligan. Gilligan previously won for directing Breaking Bad (2009) and producing Breaking Bad (2010, 2014). He was also nominated for directing Breaking Bad (2008, 2010, 2012), Better Call Saul (2020); writing The X-Files (2000), Breaking Bad (2008, 2010); producing Breaking Bad (2009, 2012-2013) and Better Call Saul (2019-2020, 2023).
