Mackenzie Davis as Cameron Howe for ("Rules of Honorable Play") in "HALT AND CATCH FIRE"
Eva Green as Vanessa Ives for ("A Blade of Grass") in "PENNY DREADFUL"
Elisabeth Moss as June Osborne / Offred for ("Night") in "THE HANDMAID'S TALE"
Keri Russell as Elizabeth Jennings for ("Immersion") in "THE AMERICANS"
Evan Rachel Wood as Dolores Abernathy for ("The Well-Tempered Clavier") in "WESTWORLD"

AND THE WINNER IS:

CARRIE COON AS NORA DURST FOR ("THE BOOK OF NORA") IN "THE LEFTOVERS"

This is the second win and fifth nomination for Carrie Coon. She previously won for The Leftovers (2015) and was nominated for The Leftovers (2016) , Fargo (2017) and as part of the ensemble of The Leftovers (2016). She wins yet again for her performance as Nora Durst.

What can I say about Carrie Coon that hasn't been said hundreds of times over the past half year. She's perfect, she's beautiful and she is the tv star we do not deserve. I loved her from the very beginning of the series and followed her exploration of Nora Durst throughout the three stunning season of The Leftovers. Lindelof and his team were lucky when they cast Coon because she is a genuine talent. I still think about her delivery of Nora's experience in the other place, we now know she was telling a lie but the way Coon as Nora explains everything had me believing that this place actually existed. If Coon never gets the opportunity that matches her work as Nora Durst this performance will live in my mind forever as great acting and it was a pleasure to watch 3 season performance but especially this final season.
