This is the first win and first/second nomination for Christopher Gattelli.
As soon as the first performance and song began on Schmigadoon! this past tv season i knew it would be a strong contender for this choreography award and a year having gone by no dance sequence stunned in the same way. There were so many different elements to the dance and rather than speak words I'll let the above clip do the talking because the work is that great it does.
