Luke Kirby as for (“How Do You Get to Carnegie Hall?”) in “THE MARVELOUS MRS. MAISEL”

AND THE WINNER IS:

BRIAN TYREE HENRY AS ALFRED "PAPER BOI" MILES FOR ("CANCER ATTACK") IN "ATLANTA"

This is the first win and second nomination for Brian Tyree Henry. He was previously nominated for Atlanta (2018). He wins for his performance as Alfred “Paper Boi” Miles on Atlanta.

Atlanta before the airing of its third season this past year had not aired a new episode since May of 2018 and based on the entire third season and how much I enjoyed it I really realised how much I missed this show during its absence. Brian Tyree Henry's Paper Boi was surely one of the main reasons I'd missed the show and thankfully during the third season the show still had great focus on his character and Henry for his performance was spectacular. He had so much to play with this season from great comedy to earnest heartwarming and each and every moment of him was stunning. Henry since the premiere of Atlanta 5 years ago has been such a great performer to follow and based on how his great work in Atlanta I will continue to be such a van of his.
