This is the first win for David Lynch on his first nomination for his work on Louie.
David Lynch has been a presence for his direction for most of his life but I am rewarding him for an acting performance that some people would not see as actinyg but really it was one of the most awkward comedic experinces I’ve ever had and he was what made the Late Show arc work overall and I just had to reward him since I saw him first come onto the show as Jack Dall.
