This is the third win (second consecutive) for Jane Krakowski for her seventh nomination for her work 30 Rock.
7 years ago when Will & Grace went off the air this category felt empty and now with the departure of Krakowski this category will never feel the same because what Jane did with Jenna Maroney was funny from week to week and was usually the best part of an episode of the show. This season was just another laugh riot for Jenna however the finale showed such empathy for the character as she was funny also able to make people cry and it was such a tour-de-force from Krakowski I had to reward her once again for this highly dynamic role.
