This is the first win for Stephen DeCourcey on his first nomination for his casting of Orange is the New Black.
The surprise of the season was Orange is the New Black and with a fantastic ensemble of actors brought in the casting done by Stephen DeCourcey really was done well. Bringing in these mostly unknown actors to play these characters was genius with many discoveries like Uzo Aduba and Danielle Brooks and veterans like Kate Mulgrew and Jason Biggs owning these roles and casting was one of the key parts of the production for the show.
