AND THE WINNER IS:

BREAKING BAD

Last Year’s Winner: Game of Thrones, HBO

Breaking Bad with this win comes to a total of 9 wins including wins for actors Bryan Cranston and Anna Gunn, Drama Ensemble, Director Rian Johnson, Writer Moira Walley-Beckett, Art Direction, Editing and Sound. This is also the second series win and fifth series nomination for the show. Since 2008 Breaking Bad has been nominated for a total of 68 awards and won a total of 30 awards.

The final award to finish of my review of the 2013-2014 tv season goes to really the best show of the season Breaking Bad. The wait for these final episodes was just as nail bitting as the episodes turned out to be. Nothing during this shows entire run was predictable and these episodes did not disappoint in that as every moment of the season was full of greatness whether Skyler and Walt’s knife fight, Jesse with a gun to Saul’s face or Walter ultimately saving Jesse while self sacrificing himself. Truly this was one of the best finale seasons for a show which shows as I could nothelp but award this show. Vince Gillian creator of Breaking Bad and his many, many co workers who ever worked on the show can be happy they produced a show of this quality for 7 years since the year 2008. September 29th 2013 will forever be known as the day AMC’s Breaking Bad ended.
