CECILY STRONG IN SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE
This is the first win and nomination for Cecily Strong.
Cecily Strong was just about the only reason I kept watching this season of SNL because as it has been recently the show rarely produces an entirely perfect episode with so many sketches falling flat for me. Strong is strong in everything she does but especially when she plays characters who visit the nearly unwatchable Weekend Update desk.
