AMY SCHUMER AS VARIOUS CHARACTERS IN “INSIDE AMY SCHUMER”
This is the second win and nomination for Amy Schumer for her performance as various characters on Inside Amy Schumer Season 3. Schumer previously won for directing Inside Amy Schumer (2015).
Again Schumer wins this time for her performance on this third season. Schumer’s performance never feels false whether she’s playing a female handling skills teacher, a Benjamin Button Toddler or just playing a princess Schumer brings each of them a familiarity as well as some kind of difference which makes each of her performances all the better and together some great work from Schumer. Never does she apoligize for her work and never does she need to because it’s just the type of performance you’d expect from Schumer and now into the third season it’s clear the performance by Schumer has only grown in greatness as she becomes more comfortable with creating these great sketches for herself to play.
