One Night in Miami (Kingsley Ben-Adir, Eli Goree, Aldis Hodge, Leslie Odom Jr., Lance Reddick)

True History of the Kelly Gang (George MacKay, Essie Davis, Nicholas Hoult, Orlando Schwerdt, Thomasin McKenzie, Sean Keenan, Charlie Hunnam, Russell Crowe)

AND THE WINNER:

MINARI (STEVEN YEUN, HAN YE-RI, ALAN KIM, NOEL KATE CHO, YUH-JUNG YOUN, WILL PATTON)

The strength of this ensemble is what really makes Minari as great a film as it is. Each one of the members I've highlighted contributes an important part to the films overall cast. The parents at the centre of this film are excellent in completely different ways. You have Yeun the father playing the feeling of determination you want the family to succeed so much. The film even has perfectly cast children and sometimes with film you find weak child actors dragging down a films quality (not these two). Finally you have the eldest generation with the grandmother and farm hand who are delightful also.

This is such a well rounded ensemble and while small it's large in the ways of quality.
