AND THE WINNER IS…..

THE HELP

Last Year’s Winner: The Kids Are All Right

When a film has the idea created it is all about picking the right actors to play in those roles. The winning cast also won the SAG award for best ensemble, the cast is mainly female and includes a lot of award attention people. First the runner up was the mainly female cast of Bridesmaids which shows that this year was a great year for women films as well as performances.

In the end the winner was the cast of The Help, the cast of course includes oscar nominees and winners. The great thing about the cast of the help is that nobody had an ego and was willing to play together with bigger and smaller stars making them each more known in the public’s eye. All throughout the film even if other parts may not have been working the cast was stellar if they had 5 minutes or 2 hours of screentime.

P.S. The award for art direction will be given out later today.
