AND THE WINNER IS:

JEANNE MCCARTHY, NICOLE ABEILERA, COURTNEY BRIGHT & NICOLE DANIELS FOR THE PEOPLE V. O.J. SIMPSON: AMERICAN CRIME STORY

These are the first wins and nominations for Jeanne McCarthy, Nicole Abeilera , Courtney Bright & Nicole Daniels. They win for their casting of The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.

I believe that I haven't objected to so many casting choices before a series as I had to the people chosen to protray these true characters in The People v. O.J. Simpson. I main issue with many of these choices was none of them physically were like the people they protrayed but like with every element of this television production I was completly blown away. The casting was one of the surprisingly great elements of the production as each actor completly commited to the character they were played whether it was Paulson as the more sympathetic Marcia Clark, Sterling K. Brown as the devestating Christopher Darden or even John Travolta playing the wackiest Rob Shapiro. Each of the people from leading to cameo roles where so perfectly cast by these four women that once the show went rolling I knew I was in capable hands and this all started with the casting choices made by these incredible women.
