OUTSTANDING VOICEOVER PERFORMANCE

Will Arnett as BoJack Horseman for ("Escape from L.A.") in "BOJACK HORSEMAN"
Lisa Kudrow as Wanda Pierce for ("Yesterdayland") in "BOJACK HORSEMAN"
Anthony Mendez as Narrator for ("Chapter Thirty-Four") in "JANE THE VIRGIN"
Justin Roiland as Rick / Morty for ("A Rickie in Time") in "RICK AND MORTY"
Paul F. Tompkins as Mr. Peanutbutter for ("Let's Find Out") in "BOJACK HORSEMAN"

AND THE WINNER IS:

JUSTIN ROILAND AS RICK / MORTY FOR ("A RICKIE IN TIME") IN "RICK AND MORTY"

This is the second win and nomination for Justin Roiland. He wins yet again for voice over performance on the series Rick and Morty. In particular he wins for his work in the episode "A Rickie in Time".

Justin Roiland yet again is giving one of the most complex voice over performances on television that it seems not enough people are tuning in to listen to. Roiland plays the central characters so different that you would believe they are voiced by different actors but the fact that they are both voiced by Roiland is a feat. In particular his work in the season premier "A Rickie in Time" stands out because he must play these two characters through many different timelines and each is just as impressive as the last.
