RUPAUL CHARLES FOR ("RUPAUL BOOK BALL") IN "RUPAUL'S DRAG RACE"
This is the second win and eigth nomination for RuPaul Charles for his hosting of RuPaul's Drag Race. He won last year and was nominated the six years prior as well.
After years of waiting Charles finally got his overdue emmy nomination in the hosting category which then became my favourite nomination of the year because I never expected it to happen. Thankfully it wasn't one of those overdue nominations for weak work because in this standout episode I especially noticed due to the extended running time how much Charles can get out of these contestants. I especially noticed his greatness when he wa asking queens about their relationships with their mothers and he was so great at being a support system that I just fall harder for him because I know he is honestly so supportive of all these queens.
