TREVANTE RHODES AS ADULT CHIRN / BLACK IN "MOONLIGHT"
This is the first win and nomination for Trevante Rhodes, he wins for his performance as Adult Chiron / Black in Moonlight. He also won the breakthrough/debut prize for his work in Moonlight.
As I said in the breakthrough/debut post (Breakthrough/Debut) Trevante is so brillant in Moonlight. His entire cast is brillant to but there's just something about Rhodes that is better then all of them. He brings both weight and soul to Chiron in the final third of Moonlight it makes you want him to be happier in life so hard but also for him to get everything that sadly a person in his atmosphere will never get.
