This is the first win for Doug Stanhope on his first nomination for her work on Louie.

The FX hit Louie in it’s second season was such a surprise and in the episode Eddie Doug Stanhope played the title character of the episode in which he is a stand up comic friend of Louie the central character and after some impressive stand-up tells his close friend he is going to kill himself and Stanhope in this episode he spectacular and wins the guest comedy actor award for bringing some great comedy but also in his final moments being able to crush you with his talent which is why over this competition he wins the award.
