OUTSTANDING SUPPORTING ACTRESS IN A MINISERIES OR MOTION PICTURE MADE FOR TELEVISION

Frances Conroy as Moira O’Hara in “AMERICAN HORROR STORY”

Jessica Lange as Constance Langdon in “AMERICAN HORROR STORY”

Sarah Paulson as Nicole Wallace in “GAME CHANGE”

Lara Pulver as Irene Adler in “SHERLOCK: A SCANDAL IN BALGRAVIA”

Lily Rabe as Nora Montgomery in “AMERICAN HORROR STORY”

AND THE WINNER IS:

JESSICA LANGE AS CONSTANCE LANGDON IN "AMERICAN HORROR STORY"

Last Year’s Winner: Ruth Wilson as Alice Morgan in “LUTHER”

This is the first win for Jessica Lange on her third nomination for her work on American Horror Story.

Jessica Lange joining a tv show is a big event and she did very much impress as the wild and scary Constance. Playing this role was very similar to work Lange has done before but was taken to another level as the actress was called to go for the full horror of the character whether screaming like a crazy women at the lose of her child or going into talking about how she wanted to become an actress. Lange took this role into her own which is why by the end of the miniseries she is the person you remember most and it helps that of the main cast she is the last to live.
