This is the second win for Jane Krakowski on her sixth nomination for her work on 30 Rock.

While Tina Fey gave less to herself for season 6 because of her pregnency the standout actor was Jane Krakowski playing the always funny Jenna Maroney. This season the character went all out creating great moment after moment. Whether she was a reality judge or performing a nervous breakdown Krakowski was great in every moment and in winning this clearly focuses how genius she is at the comedy of this show.
