KATE MCKINNON AS VARIOUS CHARACTERS ON "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE"
This is the second win and third nomination for Kate McKinnon. She previously won for Saturday Night Live (2014) and was nominated another time in (2013).
McKinnon since the departure of Kristen Wiig has sky rocketed to the leading player of SNL, last season the show set her up to play Hilary believing like many she would play the president to be for the entire season, once this turned out not to be the case luckily the show had cast her as Kellyann Conway meaning she would be able to continue on playing a political figure. McKinnon was beyond perfect in every role she played from the multiple Kellyanne sketches, Jeff Sessions, alien visited Colleen Rafferty and many more hilarious characters. McKinnon never fails when on the show and even when the show skips past political discussion may she continue to be stellar on the show up until her choice to depart.
